Besides, Autumn and Winter are periods of high incidence of respiratory tract and other infectious diseases, so there is a risk that coVID-19 and infectious diseases will spread at the same time, posing great challenges to the epidemic prevention and control work.In order to further do a good job in the regular prevention and control work on campus, prevent the spread of infectious diseases in Autumn and Winter in the school, and effectively protect the health and life safety of students, here are the following warm tips:
1.Strengthen the Awareness of Self-protection
We should firmly establish the awareness that individuals are the first responsible person for epidemic prevention and control, eliminate paralyzing thoughts, overcome the fluke-like mentality, keep alert to epidemic risks, and actively cooperate with schools and local communities in epidemic prevention and control on a regular basis. Adhere to the principle of "non-essential not to go out", strict campus access management and reporting system, do not go abroad without special circumstances（Graduates are excluded）, do not go to the middle and high-risk areas in China, do not directly touch and open the parcel from abroad, responsible for personal life, health and safety, responsible for the overall security and stability of the school, society.
2.Implement Health Monitoring and Management
Students should continue to adhere to the daily morning, afternoon and evening Temp-check, sick leave report system, and etiology tracking and registration, do "early detection, early report, early isolation, early disposal." .In case of fever, cough, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea and other abnormal symptoms, students should timely report and seek medical treatment according to the procedures. It is not allowed to go to school, attend classes while sick. We are responsible for personal life, health and safety as well as the overall safety and stability of the school, society and the country.
3. Develop Good Living Habits
Wash hands frequently.Wash your hands frequently according to the "seven-step washing instruction" every day. Wash your hands with soap, liquid soap and running water after coughing or sneezing, before eating or after touching the polluted environment.
Wear mask. To get into the habit of carrying masks at all times, it is recommended to wear masks.At crowded places such as libraries, dining halls and supermarkets, as well as hospitals and public transport, it’s a must to wear mask properly.
Often ventilated.Keep the classroom, dormitory and other learning and living environment for regular ventilation, frequently drying bedding, timely cleaning of the dormitory, pay attention to the cleanness of corners.
Less gathering.Try not to go to public places with poor air and dense personnel. Try not to have meals in the canteen or pack them back to the dormitory.
Keep exercising properly.Daily adhere to the appropriate amount of physical exercise and outdoor activities, enhance the body immunity.
Observe Social Etiquette.Keep a safe social distance, avoid crowding when waiting in line, take the elevator separately when there are too many, do not spit, and cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
Pay Attention to Food Safety.Adhere to a healthy diet, advocate public chopsticks and spoons, do not dine together in nearby stalls, do not order takeout into the campus, do not buy imported cold chain food.
Prevent Autumn and Winter Diseases.Pay attention to Winter, wear warm, keep a regular life, combine exertion and rest, actively prevent influenza, diarrhea and other seasonal epidemic diseases.
