为方便各位同学顺利办理入学手续，请仔细阅读如下须知：
To facilitate you to successfully complete the admission procedures, please read the following notes carefully:
一、注册与教学安排
I. Registration and teaching arrangement
根据学校教学安排，中国大陆境外国际学生实行线上报到注册、线上缴费、线上教学。
According to the university teaching arrangement, international students who are not in the mainland of China will register online, pay online and study online.
1. 境外国际学生新生
Freshman International Students who are not in the mainland of China
注册时间：2021年2月24日至2021年3月20日
Window for registration: 24th February, 2021 to 20th March, 2021
注册流程：登录“湖北工业大学国际学生服务平台”提交网上注册申请--学生缴费--学校核查注册申请和交费凭证--完成注册--分班建微信群--网上学习。
Work flow for registration:
a. Log in HBUT International Students Platform to submit online registration application
b. Pay relevant fees
c. University verifies the registration application and payment vouchers
d. Registration completed
e. Students being allocate to different Wechat group of their classes
f. Start online study

请严格按照通知时间完成报到注册及缴费事宜，不得擅自提前或推后。逾期不完成报到注册者，取消入学资格。
Please complete registration and payment in strict accordance with the time window notified in the notice, and do not delay or advance without authorization. Those who fail to complete the registration will be disqualified for admission.
2. 境外在籍国际学生
Senior International Students who are not in the mainland of China
注册时间：2021年2月24日至2021年2月28日
Window for registration: 24th February 21, 2021 to 28th February, 2021
开课时间：2021年3月1日
Class starts on the 1st March, 2021

请即刻主动与班主任、科任老师或教学办取得联系，保持通讯畅通，确保知晓具体教学安排。
Please immediately take the initiative to contact your supervisor, the lecturer or the teaching affairs office. Keep the communication smooth and ensure that you are aware of the specific teaching arrangements.
二、学费缴纳
II. Payment of tuition fees
境外国际学生（含新生和老生）统一通过银行汇款的方式缴费。
Overseas international students (both newly and previously admitted students) pay through bank transfer.
本学年学费可按学年一次性交付，也可按学期分两次交付，学期学费标准通常为学年学费的50%。
The tuition fee for the current academic year could be paid in one lump sum per academic year or in two installments per semester. The tuition fee for the semester is usually 50% of the tuition fee per academic year.
费用以人民币计价，请于2021年3月20日前完成学费汇款，并将汇款凭证以“护照号码+姓名+学费”命名发送至指定邮箱（admission@hbut.edu.cn)。请优先选择人民币汇款，由于客观原因只能通过其它币种汇款的，学校将以银行实际结汇的人民币金额为准。
Fees are denominated in Chinese Yuan(RMB). Please complete the remittance before March 20, 2021 and send the remittance voucher with the name of "Passports No. + Name + School Fee" to the designated email address (admission@hbut.edu.cn). Please give priority to RMB remittance. If the remittance can only be made in other currencies due to objective reasons, the university will take the RMB amount actually settled by the bank as the criterion.
我校将以学生的汇款凭证为依据安排线上授课事宜。如未能在规定时间内完成汇款、交足费用并出具汇款凭证，不予办理注册和教学。
The university will arrange the online teaching according to the students' remittance vouchers. If you fail to complete the remittance within the stipulated time, pay the full amount and provide the remittance voucher, you are not eligible for registration and study.
汇款附言请以“护照号码+姓名+学费”命名，便于核对。
Please name the postscript of remittance with "Passport No. + Name + School Fee" for easy checking.
