为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》《来华留学生高等教育质量规范（试行）》《湖北省人民政府办公厅关于进一步深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的意见》《湖北工业大学国际学生创新创业教育建设实施方案》等各项文件精神，切实加强来华留学生教育教学效果、提升来华留学生动手实践能力，结合我校国际教育与国际学生的实际情况，特制订本通知。
To carry out the spirit of Implementation Advice from the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Creative Education in Universities, Quality Standard of International Students Higher Education (try out), Opinions from the General Office of Hubei Province People's Government on Further Deepening the Reform of Innovation Entrepreneurship Education in the Institutions of Higher Education, Construction and Implementation plan from Hubei University of Technology on International Student Innovation Entrepreneurship Education, to strengthen international students’ education and teaching effect, to promote foreign students hands-on practice ability, combining with the actual situation of international education and international students, the Notification is hereby formulated.
一、现实意义与可行性
Ⅰ, Practical Significance and Feasibility
1.国际学生具有强烈的创新创业实际需求。湖北工业大学国际学院自2015年成立，迄今为止招收和培养了一批素质良好、专业基础扎实的本科生和研究生。国际学生群体具有较强的国际化背景，且国际学生涉及专业包括工学、管理学、经济学、艺术等学科门类，跨学科基础雄厚，对创新创业实践的要求较为强烈。
1.International students have strong practical needs for innovation and entrepreneurship. Since its establishment in 2015, the School of International Education of Hubei University of Technology has enrolled and cultivated a number of undergraduate and postgraduate students with good quality and solid professional foundation. International students have a strong international background, and their disciplines include engineering, management, economics, art and others. They have a strong interdisciplinary foundation and a strong demand for innovation and entrepreneurship practice.
2.国际学生具有较强的创新创业实践基础。我校历来重视培养学生的实践能力和成果转化能力，国际学生在校级学科、学术竞赛以及国家级的“一带一路”电商大赛中均取得不俗的成绩、具有创新创业所具备的基本技能以及创新技能。
2.International students have a strong practical foundation for innovation and entrepreneurship. HBUT has always attached great importance to the cultivation of students' practical ability and achievement transformation ability. 3.国际学生创新创业实践是来华留学教育不可或缺的部分。伴随着全国范围内创新创业教育的热烈开展，以及来华留学教育提质增效的要求，开展国际学生创新创业教育、强化国际学生创新创业实践是实现来华留学教育内涵发展的重要一环。

International students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice is an indispensable part of their education in China.With the vigorous development of innovation and entrepreneurship education nationwide and the requirement of improving the quality and benefits of overseas education in China, to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education for international students and strengthen their innovation and entrepreneurship practice is an important link to actualize the connotation development of overseas education in China .
综上所述，开展国际学生创新创业实践活动具有较强的现实意义和可行性。

湖北工业大学国际学院与武汉市卓信本色印务有限公司建立双向合作关系，武汉市卓信本色印务有限公司是正式挂牌的国际学生创新创业实践基地；该公司实践基地场地充足、设备先进、业务范围广泛，可满足不同专业的国际学生创新创业实践需求。
The School of International Education of HBUT has established a two-way cooperative relationship with Wuhan Zhuoxin Real Color Printing Co., Ltd., which is officially listed as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Base for international students. The Base has sufficient space, advanced equipment and a wide range of business, which can meet the practical needs for innovation and entrepreneurship of international students from different majors.
三、经费支持
Ⅲ,Funding Support
湖北工业大学国际学院与武汉卓信本色印务有限公司共同为国际学生创新创业实践活动提供启动资金。对于开展创新创业实践活动的国际学生，每人每月可获得500元创新创业基金资助。
School of International Education of HBUT and Wuhan Zhuoxin Color Printing Co., Ltd. jointly provide start-up funds for international students innovation and entrepreneurship activities. For international students who carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities, each of them can receive 500 yuan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund per month.
四、导师配备
Ⅳ, Mentor
学院推荐具有学生创新创业活动指导经验的老师为学生提供指导。
The school recommends teachers with experience in guiding students' innovation and entrepreneurship activities to provide instruction to students.
五、国际学生遴选
Ⅴ,International Student Selection
1.专业要求：计算机专业、艺术设计专业、工商管理、土木工程、建筑学等相关专业本科生、硕士研究生。
1.Major requirements: computer science, art design, business administration, civil engineering, architecture and other related majors, bachelor's or master's degree.
2.创新创业实践内容：包括但不仅限于平面设计实操、客户关系维护、产品宣发、物流配送等版块。
2.Content: including but not limited to graphic design practice, customer relationship maintenance, product promotion, logistics distribution and other sections.
3.实践时长：创新创业实践以学期为单位，入选学生每周至少能够满足15小时创新创业实践时长。
3.Practice Duration: The innovation and entrepreneurship practice is on semester basis, and selected students need to carry out at least 15 hours of practice every week.
六、国际学生创新创业实践考核
Ⅵ, Assessment of International Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice
国际学院与武汉卓信本色印务有限公司负责制定国际学生创新创业实践基地详细考核细则与考核表，对已入选参加创新创业实践活动的国际学生实行月度考核制度（详见附件2），并将考核结果通告给国际学院；对不能胜任创新创业实践的国际学生，学院负责实行劝退并适时实行人员增补。
School of International Education and Wuhan Zhuoxin Real Color Printing Co., Ltd. are responsible for formulating detailed assessment rules and Form for international students' innovation and entrepreneurship practice base, implementing monthly assessment system for international students who have been selected to participate in practice activities (see Appendix 2 for details), and notify the assessment results to SIE. For international students who are not qualified, the school is responsible for selecting others to substitute them in due time.
七、国际学生创新创业实践项目报名流程
Ⅶ，Registration Process
1.有意向的国际学生认真填写《国际学生创新创业实践项目申请表》（详见附件1），打印后于规定日期之前提交至国际学院来华留学生工作办公室（以下简称留管办），留管办对学生申请材料进行初步审核确定入选学生名单并提交学院备案。
1.International students who have intentions, fill in "Application Form for International Students' Innovative Entrepreneurial Practice Project" (see appendix 1), then print it and submit to International Students Office (hereinafter referred to as a ISO) before the stipulated date. ISO will conduct a preliminary review on students’ application materials to determine selected students list and submit to SIE for archive.

附：国际学生创新创业实践考核细则
Rules for Assessment of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice for International Students
考核内容
Ⅰ,Criterion
1.创新创业实践态度：在实践期间，能够严格服从实践指导老师安排，能够严格遵守实践基地各项规章制度等。
Attitude: During the practice, you can follow the Mentor’s work arrangements strictly, can follow the rules and regulations of the Base.
2.创业创业实践出勤率：能够严格根据实践基地实践时长要求出勤创新创业实践活动。
Attendance Rate: can attend the practice according to the hours required by the Practice.
3.创新创业实践成果：能够出色地完成各项创新创业实践项目以及各项实践内容。
Achievements: can excellently complete various innovation and entrepreneurship practice projects and practice contents.
考核周期
Ⅱ，Performance-appraisal Cycle
国际学院联合创新创业实践基地实行月度考核。
SIE Joint Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Base carry out monthly assessment.
三、考核标准
Ⅲ，Standard
总体考核实行百分制，总体考核在95分以上为优秀，85-95为良好，75-85为合格，低于75分为不合格。
The overall assessment is carried out in a hundred-mark system. A score above 95 is considered excellent, 85-95 is considered good, 75-85 is considered qualified, and below 75 is considered unqualified.
四、考核结果
Ⅳ，Result
对于考核95分及以上的，按照100%发放资助基金，对于85-95的，按照80%发放，对于75-85的，按照60%发放。对于总体考核分数低于75分其考核结果为“不合格”的国际学生，不予发放资助基金，学院和实践基地实行劝退并适时增补人员。
For those who score 95 or above in the assessment, 100% of the subsidy fund will be paid; for those who score 85-95, 80%; and for those who score 75-85, 60%. For international students whose overall assessment score is lower than 75 points and the assessment result is "unqualified", financial aid will not be issued. The School and Base will substitute them in due time.
