关于加强课堂教学纪律的注意事项

Notice on Strength of Classroom Teaching Discipline

各位任课教师、各班级体：

Dear teachers and fellow students:

为进一步整肃课堂教学秩序，加强课堂教学纪律，提高课堂教学质量，树立良好的教风、学风，现重申课堂教学规范和纪律，望广大师生遵照执行。

In order to further rectify the classroom teaching order, strengthen the discipline and improve the quality of classroom teaching, as well as establish a good teaching and learning atmosphere, we hereby reaffirm the classroom teaching norms and disciplines, which should be followed by all teachers and students as below:

1、 对任课教师的要求：

Requirements for teachers

1.任课教师是课堂教学的第一责任人，任课教师必须对课堂内的上课秩序、课堂纪律、教学内容、教学质量负责。

Teacher, the first responsible person of classroom teaching, should be responsible for the classroom order, classroom discipline, teaching content and teaching quality.  

2.教师上课须遵循学校教学计划规定，严格按照教学大纲及教学进度实施教学，并携带教学大纲、教学进程表、教案、教材（电子或复印）、电子学生名册。

Teachers must follow the provisions of the school  teaching  plan, strictly follow the teaching  syllabus and schedule, and set out the syllabus, teaching plan, teaching progress, teaching materials(electronic or photocopy), electronic student  rosters and so on.

3.教师须依据课表在规定的时间和教室组织课堂教学活动，不得随意停课、调课或私自请他人代课。

Teachers must organize classroom teaching activities based on  the specified time and classrooms according to the timetable, and shall not suspend classes at will, change classes or  request others to take classes without permission.

4.教师进入课堂应做到衣冠整洁，仪表端正，言行文明，举止得体；严格遵守学校规定的作息时间，提前5-10分钟到达上课地点；按时上下课，无特殊情况不得拖堂，不得提前下课；课堂上关闭所有通讯工具；上课期间不得离开教室，或做与授课无关的事情。

Teachers should be in clean clothes, good appearance, civilized words and deeds and proper behavior when entering the classroom; strictly abide by the work and rest time stipulated by the school and arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes earlier; attend and finish classes on time,and do not delay or finish classes in  advance without special circumstances; shut off all communication tools in class; do not leave the classroom or do anything irrelevant to the teaching during class.

5.教师上课时应精力充沛，精神饱满，除身体原因外不得坐着上课；上课要使用英文教学，汉语言类课程应讲普通话；板书（含多媒体）工整，设计合理，能有效地利用各种教学媒体。

Teachers should be full of energy and spirit in class and should not sit down except for physical reasons; English should be used  in class and Mandarin should be used in Chinese language courses; Blackboard writing (including multimedia)should be used in neat and reasonably designed way and be capable  of making effective use of various teaching media.

6.教师要严格课堂纪律，维护课堂教学秩序，加强学生考勤，清点学生人数，及时进行电子考勤反馈，要求校、市内生务必到达教学地点上课，不接受校、市内生的任何形式或理由的线上课程申请；

Teachers  must strictly enforce classroom discipline, maintain teaching order ,check students’ attendance, count the number of  students, and give electronic feedback on electronic attendance in time. Students on campus or in Wuhan are required to arrive  at the classroom for class, and their online course application in any form or for any reason will not be accepted.

7.学生缺课时数累计超过该课程教学时数1/4者，教师应取消其该课程的考核资格，课程成绩以0分计算；对违反课程纪律的学生，教师可在课程总成绩中扣除一定的分数，直至取消考试资格。

If the times of student’s absence exceeds 1 / 4 of the teaching hours of the course , the teacher shall cancel the assessment qualification of the course and calculate their score as 0. For student who violates   curriculum  discipline, the teacher can   deduct a certain score from the  total score of the curriculum until they  are disqualified.

8.教师务必在每次课后，将上课考勤情况录入《在华国际电子考勤平台》，国际学院教务办、班主任、留管办定期查询考勤后台数据，关注缺勤严重学生。

Teachers should input the attendance of class into the China International Electronic Attendance Platform after each class so that the Teaching Affairs Office, the head teacher and International Students Affairs Office of SIE regularly query the data of attendance and pay attention to students with poor attendance.

2、 对学生的要求：

Requirements for students

1.学生应依照课堂作息时间按时上、下课，不准无故旷课、迟到、早退，因病、因事不能上课者应事先向留管办请假。请假规则、请假流程请参照《湖北工业大学国际学生请假制度》、《湖北工业大学来华留学生学籍管理规定》执行。

Students shall go to and get out of class on time. They are not   allowed to be absent, late or leave early for no reason. Those who  are unable to attend class due to illness or unexpected issues shall ask for leave from International Students Affairs Office in advance; please refer to the "leaf system for International Students of HBUT""Regulation on International Student Status Management of HBUT" for the rules and procedures for applying for leave .

2.校、市内生务必按时到达教学地点上课，课堂上应尊敬老师，讲究文明礼貌，不允许随意讲话谈笑，不得随意进出或擅自离开教室。

Students on campus or in Wuhan should arrive at the classroom on time, respect teachers in class, behave in good manners and be polite; students should not talk and laugh at will, nor enter or leave the classroom at will.

3.课堂上不允许吸烟，吃早点零食，不得穿拖鞋、背心、吊带衫等进入教室。不在课堂上接听电话，不携带与学习无关的用品，不做与学习无关的事情。

Smoking, breakfast snacks, slippers, vests and suspenders are not allowed in the classroom. Students are not allowed to answer the phone in class, carry stuff irrelevant to learning, or do things irrelevant to learning.

4.上课认真听讲，积极参与课堂互动，课后及时完成老师布置的学习任务。积极主动学习，尽快适应新形势新变化下的在线学习新模式，努力营造良好的网络学习氛围，规范网络言行，学生在线上课堂未经允许不得随意发言，均不得发表与课堂教学无关的言论，更不得发表负面言论或信息。

Students should listen carefully in class, participate actively in classroom interaction, and complete the assignments in time after class. Students should study actively, adapt to the new online learning mode under the new situation and changes as soon as possible, strive to create a good online learning atmosphere and standardize online words and deeds. Students are not allowed to speak freely in online class without permission, make remarks unrelated to classroom teaching, or even make negative remarks or information.

5.尊重教师知识产权，未经授课教师同意，一律不得对教师网络授课活动进行录音、录像、截屏等行为，更不得私自在网络上传播课程相关资料，违者有权追究其法律责任。

Students should respect the intellectual property rights of teachers. Students are not allowed to record, video or screenshot the online teaching activities without the permission of teachers, or even spread related teaching materials on the Internet. Violators shall be investigated for legal responsibility.

6.对于在课堂中遇到的困难，发现的问题以及产生的意见和想法，可在课后向任课教师、教学办、班主任、辅导员反映。

The difficulties and problems encountered in the classroom, as well as related opinions and ideas can be reflected to the teachers, the staff of Teaching Affairs Office, head teachers or counselors after class.

优良的教风学风是确保教学工作规范的基础，是提高教育教学质量的保证，希望各位教师、各教学班级要提高认识，从自我做起！

Excellent teaching and learning atmosphere is the basis to ensure the standardization of education and the guarantee to improve the teaching quality. We hope all teachers and classes should improve the awareness and start with yourselves.
